First drink A LOT of Water, at least 4 litter per a day. Work out in intensity but not focus on how long you do each exercise. its the intensity makes the difference along with quality of work out. Eat organic whenever you can, mostly fruits and veggies 50/50 ratio 4 to 5 times a day. Consistency and repetition is the key to the success.
