How do you get rid of acne scars?

Do they go away by themselves or do you need to put something on them.How do you get rid of acne scars?

If you don't have a lot of money (like me!) you can try some of Neutrogena's acne products. They make a face peel called Advanced Solutions Facial Peel that says it's just like the professional face peels. This costs a lot less though and you can do it at home. They also make a moisturizer called Visible Even Night Concentrate. You'll see results in 12 days, I believe, and it's suppose to even skin tone and reduce dark spots. I've used this and it really does work! Don't get the day moisturizer though because it shimmers.

You need to see a dermatologist. You could use over the counter stuff but it will take a year or so to see a difference. You could get micro-dermabrasion or a series of chemical peels or a perscription strength medication from the dermatologist to get rid of them. No they don't go away on their own.
I have the same problem!And i am trying to find a product too!It doesnt take no year for over the counter!That girl dont know what shes talking about!I hard that vitamin e oil,cocoa butter,and merderma works,but i havent tried it yet,but im gonna!Gud luck to you!
go to the doctor or a dermatogolist and get a cortisone cream. or you could go see a esthetican and do a couple vists for microdermabrassion it's awesome, i'm a esthetican and i do it everyday to people, it cost a pretty penny but it does work, and your skin looks perfect!!!! good luck!
