I've had acne since I was a young teen and have had the horrible habit of picking at it. Now I've ended up with light scarring on my chest and along the side of my cheek. Any recommendations on how to get rid of them?How do you get rid of acne scars?

I dont think they come off..but before the acne situation,you should already put on some acne cream.
use vitamin e tablets that are straight up vitamin e. you can find them in any drugstore. they will only heal the acne scars that are spots but the holes will never go away that is why you need to stop picking. for future acne try clean and clear acne wash and put a non gel toothpaste on the zit that night it dries that sucker out.
