My back was perfectly smooth before the acne phase suddenly came....now I have scars all over my back. I really want to get rid of it. I have a healthy diet already, with no fast food, excessive oil, etc etc. I exercise on a daily basis and drink lots of water. So I am basically just looking for other ways :D Thanks!How can I get rid of acne and acne scars on my back?
Acne ... people usually grow out of it. If it's really bad, you should see an M.D. dermatologist (skin doctor). The scars are permanent, but an M.D. can ';dermo-blast'; them ( kind of like sand-blasting ) or chemical peel to get rid of them.
